Lee is the face of our operation as he started this business over 30 years ago. He wears many hats around our facility: Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, Boss, Salesman, Dad, Papa, and more. He works extremely hard to make sure all parts of our company have the tools it needs to succeed. Lee can assist you with any of your buying or selling needs of any real estate, equipment, business liquidations, livestock, or estates. He has an inventive eye, the hardest work ethic of anyone you have ever met, and cares deeply for every customer’s best interest. He treats his employees like family and teaches us important life and business skills daily.

LeeAnn does the behind the scenes work in our office with bookkeeping. She works full time as the principal at Pikeville Elementary school. You may see her around on Equipment Auction days helping out wherever she’s needed!

Katie is one of the driving forces behind all of our auctions. She helps coordinate all of the moving parts required for our auction to run smoothly. Katie can help you with booking your own auction, consigning items into an auction, or buying or selling anything! She helps to maintain our supply of retail equipment

Katie is one of the driving forces behind all of our auctions. She helps coordinate all of the moving parts required for our auction to run smoothly. Katie can help you with booking your own auction, consigning items into an auction, or buying or selling anything! She helps to maintain our supply of retail equipment. She has worked hard to build partnerships with some big name brands of cattle and farming equipment and has helped make us a dealer for our area for several such as Tarter, Rancher, Synergy AG, Hay Barron and more.

Catherine typically will be the first person you see when you walk through our doors. She has many responsibilities that she works hard to take care of including: advertising and marketing some of our retail pieces, data entry, answering the phones, and taking payments for invoices. Most importantly, she works behind-the-scenes leading up to equipment sales: writing up equipment, numbering it, and picturing it for our online bidding platforms. Catherine can also help you with retail buying or selling!

Conner is our right hand out on the lot. If you have been to an auction and bought something you probably know Conner. He helps our wonderful clients unload their equipment they are wanting to list in our auctions as well as helps to load the items that are sold to their new owners. Conner helps with the set up of our auction leading up to the sales by placing items in line and numbering them.
Maintenance, Mechanical Repairs, “the fix-it guy”
If something needs repaired around the equipment yard, Donny is the man on the job. He works hard to maintain the buildings, equipment, and machinery. Donny also keeps up with the driving machinery for each auction. He will also be glad to help load and unload your equipment.
Marketing
Morgan works hard behind the scenes on our marketing for all auctions. She is always finding new ways to reach new sellers and buyers for all types of auctions. She also retails items and can help with sales. Morgan is happy to step in and do anything else needed or asked of her.
Groundsman
Cole helps in many aspects around the equipment yard. Mainly, Cole works to maintain the appearance of the lot and grounds around the lot. He also steps up where he is needed on our busiest days.
Miss Caroline is our little one in the office who is “the boss”. She provides us with a daily dose of sass and laughs.
We have many more who work on auction day not pictured above that you will meet! We strive to have a staff full of smiles, helping hands, and gratitude! We are all looking forward to serving you!
