Equipment Terms: 10% Buyer’s Premium capped at $1,000 per item! Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card (credit card has a 3.5% charge to use and a $750 max limit). RLM Land and Auction has the right to hold equipment purchased until funds clear if Bank Letter of Credit is not provided with checks. Applicable sales tax will be applied unless farm tax exempt card or resale card is provided. Seller’s commission is 10% up to $2,500 then 2% on amount over $2,500.
Cattle Terms: No buyer’s premium or tax. Vet will check for age, bred, and temperature/health. Cattle consigned will be charged a $10 catalog fee for pictures in online bidding, feed and water for the night, plus regular cattle commission. All cattle purchased must be picked up on sale day or a $5 charge per head per day will be applied. Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card (credit card has a 3.5% charge to use and a $750 max limit). Morris Bros. Stockyard has the right to hold cattle purchased until funds clear if Bank Letter of Credit is not provided with checks. Cattle will be available for viewing Friday evening.
